As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for your own section while working closely with the senior team to deliver consistently high standards throughout service.
This is a hands-on role suited to a chef who enjoys working with fresh produce, maintaining quality, and being part of a busy kitchen operation.
You will be joining a respected business where food is central to the guest experience and where talented chefs are encouraged to grow and develop.
Duties:
Run your own section during prep and service
Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
Work across sections as required during busy periods
Support junior chefs and work closely with senior team members
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards
Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen
