- Winner of Multiple Awards , as Chef de Partie youll help produce simple, clean and contemporary dishes that consistently wow guests! Youll also have the chance to really Develop your Back of House Understanding and General Kitchen Management Skills , really learning what it takes to run a profitable kitchen day-to-day!
