About You and the Role As a Chef de Partie at Tambis, you will: Prepare and serve fresh, hearty meals for The Newman team across breakfast, lunch, and early dinner Keep things seasonal, thoughtful, and varied from energising breakfasts to comforting classics Support the day-to-day organisation of the kitchen, including mise en place and service Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness Work collaboratively with other chefs and teams to ensure a smooth service Be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends when needed Youll be part of shaping the culture behind the scenes serving the people who serve our guests. About The Newman The Newman will offer 81 rooms and suites, including a luxurious rooftop signature suite with a private terrace and dedicated wellness area. Guests can enjoy an all-day brasserie inspired by Northern European flavours and Gambit Bar, offering craft cocktails and local beers.
