About You and the Role As a Senior Chef de Partie at Tambis, you will: Prepare fresh, delicious meals for The Newman team throughout the day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) Take a lead role in managing your section and supporting junior team members Help design and deliver varied, nourishing menus that reflect the season and the team's needs Ensure excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety at all times Work closely with the wider Kitchens team to support the day-to-day running of the kitchen Be flexible and available to work across a range of shifts, including weekends Youll be serving the people who serve our guests so your impact will be felt throughout the hotel. About The Newman The Newman will offer 81 rooms and suites, including a luxurious rooftop signature suite with a private terrace and dedicated wellness area. Guests will enjoy an all-day brasserie inspired by Northern European flavours and Gambit Bar, serving cocktails and local beers.
