Chef de Partie required for a Rosette level Restaurant within a stunning hotel in the south lakes area. Package £37-38k (Salary is up to £32,000-34,000 + tips of £300 - £500 a month) and live in is available. The hotel is well known in the area for the Restaurant and is producing Rosette dishes using Cumbrian produce. They are big in showcasing local seasonal produce. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to cook at a rosette level. They would also consider a demi chef de partie if your a demi level or a chef de partie.

The role
We are looking for a Chef de Partie from a fresh food background at rosette level, you will set up your section, using cumbrian produce to get your fridge ready for service; you will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the running of the kitchen. This role will include all the normal Chef de Partie duties.

Experience
We are looking for a Chef de Partie with experience as either a Chef de Partie or a Demi Chef de Partie looking to step up. Fresh food experience would be beneficial at a rosette level
