Change Manager – Organisational Transformation & Business Readiness

£60,000 per annum

London / Hybrid Working

Are you an experienced Change Manager passionate about delivering meaningful, organisation-wide transformation? A forward-thinking non-profit undergoing a major shift is seeking a business-focused professional to help embed change and drive adoption across people, systems, and processes.


This is not a technical delivery role — it’s a strategic, business-facing position that ensures change is communicated, understood, and successfully adopted at every level of the organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Act as the bridge between transformation project teams and the wider organisation
  • Lead business engagement, stakeholder communications, and readiness activities
  • Own one or more change initiatives across their full lifecycle — from planning to post-implementation
  • Develop and deliver clear, targeted communications and training strategies
  • Ensure smooth adoption of new systems, services, and ways of working
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and subject matter experts to align delivery with organisational goals
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including reports and presentations to leadership
  • Promote consistency in change management standards across the organisation

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in change management or business-focused project roles
  • Proven track record of supporting change adoption in complex environments
  • Strong understanding of change and transformation frameworks
  • Confident communicator with excellent facilitation and influencing skills
  • Comfortable operating cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholder groups
  • Experience working on large-scale transformation programmes (highly desirable)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus, but not essential
