Our a well known and well established insurance and investment company is currently looking to hire a Service Delivery Manager / SLA with Change Manager with experience of writing internal service level agreements.
Job Title: Service Delivery Manager / SLA Change Manager Duration: 3 Months - Potential to Extend Location: London / Hybrid Day Rates: Competitive - Inside IR35 via Umbrella Company
Job Duties:
Engage with the relevant internal stakeholders and client representatives to gain a deep understanding of a set of services provided by the client and the expectations of our largest client.
Lead the drafting of clear, comprehensive, and measurable Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that reflect agreed service standards, responsibilities, and performance metrics.
Facilitate the negotiation and agreement of SLAs between one division and another, ensuring alignment
Agree and document clear, structured Terms of Reference (ToR) for recurring and strategic meetings, ensuring clarity of purpose and roles & responsibilities,
Document all SLAs using approved templates and ensure consistency with group standards and governance frameworks.
Establish and manage a structured review process to ensure SLAs remain accurate, relevant, and up to date, incorporating feedback from key stakeholders.
