Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join our team working in Coleshill Office, Birmingham, B46 1JU. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £25,000 - £25,700 per annum and benefits package. \n\nShift times:\n\n06.00 - 09.00 and 14.00 - 18.00\n\nWhat will you deliver? \n\nDue to an increase in additional works at this school site we are recruiting for a Caretaker.\nResponsible for the delivery of caretaking/cleaning services for designated schools within the Birmingham Schools portfolio, together with establishing a close working relationship with the school and community groups.

(Essential)\n• Experience of producing risk assessments & method statements. (Essential)\n• Experience of cleaning and caretaking management within an educational environment.
