This is a long-term role starting next week, supporting the school with all aspects of site maintenance and security.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Opening and locking up the school safely each day\n\n * \n\n General maintenance and upkeep of the school buildings and grounds\n\n * \n\n Supporting staff and contractors on site\n\n * \n\n Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed\n\n * \n\n Managing resources and reporting any repairs or issues promptly\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a school caretaker or in a similar role\n\n * \n\n Strong knowledge of site security and locking procedures\n\n * \n\n Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently\n\n * \n\n Good communication and teamwork skills\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive school team in a long-term position
