Team Leader Learning Disabilities & Autism Position: Full-time | Monday Friday Hours: 8:45am-4:30pm Nocturnal Recruitment Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Team Leader who has worked previously in a day centre/respite setting, and profound knowledge working with young adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. You will oversee and support a team of Support Workers, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centred care and support. Your responsibilities will include: Lead, motivate, and support a team of Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. Ensure individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs receive tailored, meaningful support that promotes independence and wellbeing. Work collaboratively with families, external professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure joined-up support. Assist with rota planning and contribute to the effective day-to-day running of the service. Provide supervision, mentoring, and ongoing guidance to staff to support their development and performance.
