Domiciliary Care Team Leader - Elderly Care - £35k to £37k + excellent benefits
This is an opportunity to join an historic institution providing sheltered accommodation and full nursing care where necessary for the retired residents in this beautiful grand village / retirement home. The Team Leader will lead and inspire a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care that meets CQC Fundamental Standards. The role focuses on strong leadership, staff development, and effective communication with In-Pensioners, families, and colleagues to uphold the highest standards of care.
The role holder is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the highest standards of care for all pensioners receiving Domiciliary Care. This includes ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being, while managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the service.
SALARY ETC:
* £35,000 to £37,000 + excellent benefits package such as enhanced holidays, private healthcare, life insurance, staff discounts, free events, training and development, free onsite gym etc.
* Central SW London.
* This post will be working days only, and you will work 5 out of 7 on a rota basis (please note that the days cannot be fixed, so you will need to be flexible).
