We are looking for a kind, gentle and soft spoken candidate who has a lot of resilience, determination and patience. You will deliver care in line with the care plan which includes peg feeds, seizure management, non-invasive ventilation, daily suctioning and medication administration. You will be supported by Advantage Healthcare London branch and invited to attend regular supervisions and team meetings. A registered nurse will ensure you are competent in our client’s care needs and support with any clinical concerns and queries you may have. Qualifications What you’ll need The following is essential to be eligible for an interview: - Experience working in a complex care setting Experience with PEG feeding. Experience of seizure management. Experience with suctioning. Experience of oxygen administration. Experience of ventilation equipment. Experience with cough assist.
