What you will be doing: As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the wellbeing of our Pensioners, including: Leading by example in delivering high-quality personal care Supporting and mentoring junior care staff Promoting dignity, independence, and individual choice Contributing to social activities and supporting the Activities Team Maintaining accurate care plan records Reporting on wellbeing and liaising with the wider care team

What We Are Looking For: Proven experience in a care setting, ideally with older people Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Experience or willingness to support medication administration Good literacy, numeracy, and basic IT skills Understanding of good care principles and CQC standards Commitment to working towards or holding a

Care Certificate

or equivalent
