Our client is a thriving, manufacturing business in Accrington and seeking a skilled CAD Technician. You'll play a key role in transforming ideas into reality through 2D and 3D design, product development, and hands-on support to our fabrication team.

As a CAD Technician, you'll:

\n Create flat patterns and CAD-CAM programs for laser & punch machines using Dr Abes, Radan, and SolidWorks\n \n

Liaise with clients to ensure designs are spot-on and customer expectations are exceeded \n

Provide technical support to the shop floor and help resolve production challenges \n

Get involved in R&D, prototype samples, jigs, and more \n

Keep cool under pressure, meet deadlines, and deliver quality every time \n

\n

What we're looking for:

\n

\n A CAD Technician with SolidWorks & sheet metal experience \n

CAD-CAM programming knowledge (especially Radan) \n

Strong 2D drawing interpretation \n

Great communication, timekeeping, and a team-player mindset \n

Someone who's reliable, curious, and ready to make an impact! \n
