The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Buyer to play a key role as part of the commercial team based from the head office in Shefield. In this pivotal role, you will oversee procurement activities for multiple residential development projects across the Midlands and the North, driving the delivery of high-quality new homes. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards, while actively supporting the company's broader strategic objectives.

Relevant Qualifications:
CIPS / MCIPS qualification or equivalentExperience:
Previous background in successfully delivering various residential developments for a well-established house builder Extensive background within the industry with at least 5 years of experience operating in a Buying / Procurement roleKey Skills:
