Business Solution Architect – Senior Manager

London | Up to £115,000 + Benefits Package

We’re seeking a Senior Manager-level Business Solution Architect to join a high-performing team delivering transformative managed services solutions. This is a strategic, client-facing role designing, scaling, and implementing high-impact business and technology solutions.

You’ll:

Design and propose comprehensive solutions that address complex client needs Lead the development of high-level operating and delivery models Ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and cost-effective Conduct cost-benefit analyses and demonstrate ROI Guide and mentor teams, embedding best practices across solutioning Shape proposals that highlight quality, differentiation, and strategic impact

What we’re looking for

Proven experience designing outsourcing or managed services solutions Experience in transition and transformation planning Familiarity with business case development and ROI assessment Strong mentoring and coaching skills Ability to create client proposals with clear purpose and differentiation Public sector experience is advantageous
