We are partnered with a leading award winning global law firm who are recruiting for a Business Development Specialist, focussed on supporting their Finance and Real Estate practice groups based in their London office. The Business Development Specialist (BD Specialist) leads business development initiatives across London and Europe. Reporting to the BD Manager, the Specialist works closely with partners, lawyers, and BD teams locally and globally to deliver on strategic objectives and enhance the firm’s visibility in the market.

The Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development, coordination, and implementation of business and client development plans for the Finance, Business Restructuring, Real Estate, and infrastructure-focused practices, including budget tracking and internal reporting. Prepare pitches, proposals, capability statements, and tailored client-specific content through research and close collaboration with London and US BD/PRAD teams. Support internal BD activities such as meeting agendas, note-taking, action follow-up, and the planning and execution of client presentations, workshops, and roundtables.
