Business Development Representative – UK (Hybrid London)
Are you looking to take the next step in your sales career within the exciting world of digital advertising and marketing technology? A global leader in advertising solutions is looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their UK team.
As the first point of contact with prospective clients, you’ll play a key role in driving pipeline growth by researching, engaging, and qualifying new opportunities. This is a fantastic chance to work with cutting-edge advertising technology, collaborate with experienced sales teams, and make an immediate impact.
What you’ll do:
- Identify and research target accounts and decision-makers to uncover new business opportunities.
- Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) with tailored, value-driven messaging.
- Conduct discovery conversations, qualify leads, and consistently hit meeting and opportunity targets.
- Book high-quality sales meetings and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.
- Keep Salesforce and other sales tools updated, track key metrics, and share market insights
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience in business development, sales development, or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, and written channels.
- Resilient, adaptable, and motivated to progress into senior sales roles.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and sales engagement tools (Gong, Salesloft, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io).
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Knowledge of digital advertising is a plus; additional languages (Spanish, French, German, Italian) an advantage.
