Business Development Manager - Area Sales | Milton Keynes | £45-50k DOE + Uncapped Commission
Impact Recruitment is working with a forward-thinking, ambitious company looking to expand their client base across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. They're on the hunt for a Business Development Manager who's passionate about building relationships, spotting opportunities, and driving growth.
The Role:
* Proactively identify and connect with new and existing clients. * Own and manage your accounts, building long-term partnerships. * Create and execute smart BD strategies to hit and exceed targets. * Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that win business. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. * Keep CRM and reporting data accurate and up to date.
What You'll Bring:
* Solid experience in business development or area sales. * Proven success in winning new business and managing complex sales cycles. * A self-starter attitude with a hunger to succeed and earn. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
The Offer:
* Hybrid working: office-based with 1-2 client visits per week + some WFH. * Full-time, Monday to Friday. * Uncapped commission and bonus scheme.
