Job Title: Business Development Manager

Salary: £40-45k + uncapped commission (OTE £50-75k)

Location: 80% Remote, 20% Customer Visits

About Our Client: Our client delivers high-quality, practical soft skills training across the UK workforce, focusing on FE colleges, training providers, and workforce development partners.

Role Overview: They are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow new FE college sales. This field-based role involves building relationships, identifying needs, presenting training solutions, and driving adoption. You’ll have access to top tools including LinkedIn Premium, Apollo, and HubSpot CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue sales opportunities using data.

* Build relationships with FE colleges, understand their needs, and propose tailored solutions.

* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets and KPIs.

* Negotiate orders, forecast accurately, and maintain CRM records.

* Report on business development activities and capture market intelligence.

About You:

* Proven success in FE-level business development/account management.

* Comfortable working to targets under pressure.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Organised, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously.

* Consultative, client-focused approach.
