The Opportunity Join our
Holcim Blocks
team at an exciting time of growth within our Concrete Building Products business. This role is central to how homes and communities are built. You will work closely with housebuilders, contractors and groundworkers, supporting projects from early specification through to delivery on site. Blending commercial focus with strong technical understanding, you will help customers select the right solutions, meet specifications and keep projects moving. You will develop opportunities across a wide stakeholder group, including housebuilders, architects, contractors, local authorities and specifiers, securing specifications through problem solving and technical expertise. As the key technical and commercial contact for your region, you will build strong relationships, provide practical guidance and on-site support, and work closely with internal commercial, logistics and operations teams to ensure a high-quality customer experience across the South.
You will become a trusted partner for customers, helping them deliver high quality work by giving clear technical advice, troubleshooting issues and ensuring our products are used safely and effectively.
You will provide practical guidance, product expertise and on site support to help customers choose the right solutions, meet specifications and keep projects moving.
You will have the freedom to build strong relationships, the backing of a global brand and the opportunity to shape how we support customers across the South.
Who you are Self-motivated and target-driven, you are able to manage your own pipeline, work independently and deliver against sales KPIs.
You keep close to the market, staying informed on competitor activity, tender opportunities, regulatory changes and construction cycles, and use this insight to shape your approach.
You are an excellent communicator and presenter, comfortable influencing decision-makers at all levels, from site teams through to senior leaders.
