The Firm & The Role

I'm working with a top-tier international law firm with a standout global Finance platform, advising major banks, funds and financial institutions on complex, high-value matters.

They're looking for a sharp, commercially minded BD Manager to support their high-performing London Finance team and drive growth across Europe.

You will:

• Own and deliver the Finance BD plan

• Lead on pitches, RFPs and panel submissions

• Drive campaigns and thought leadership

• Deliver impactful events and profile-raising activity

• Provide market and client intelligence to inform strategy

• Partner closely with senior stakeholders

A visible, fast-paced role with real influence.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong BD experience in legal or financial services

• Finance / Banking exposure preferred

• Proven pitch and campaign delivery

• Confident influencing senior partners

• Proactive, organised and commercially sharp
