We are working exclusively with a well-established and reputable regional main contractor who are seeking a Business Development Manager to support their growth across London and South East. With a strong track record in delivering high-quality commercial, education, healthcare refurbishment schemes they are now looking to strategically expand their pipeline across this key region.
The Role:
As the Business Development Manager, your role will be to identify and nurture new opportunities, build relationships with key decision makers, and work closely with internal teams to position the business as a partner of choice. You’ll be instrumental in developing pre-construction opportunities, and negotiated projects with both public and private sector clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive business growth
* Build and maintain relationships with consultants, developers, local authorities, and key clients
* Monitor market trends, tender opportunities, and regional pipelines
* Collaborate with estimating, commercial and pre-construction teams on bids and proposals
* Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions and strategic meetings
