Location: Hybrid role – but predominantly field-based
Most days will involve external meetings with clients, introducers, or partners.
Occasional attendance at the Hertfordshire-based office for internal meetings or collaboration.
Salary: Competitive + Bonuses & Commission.

A leading financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Wealth Manager to source, onboard, and manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth individuals, family offices, foundations, and institutional clients. This is a relationship‑driven role for a confident, proactive professional with a strong track record in client acquisition and long‑term portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and engage HNWIs, family offices, foundations, and corporate institutions to grow the client base.
- Lead the full onboarding process, ensuring all KYC/AML and regulatory checks are completed to the highest standard.
- Conduct in‑depth discovery meetings to understand clients risk appetite, investment objectives, and product preferences.
- Build and maintain long‑term, trusted client relationships through proactive and personalised service delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, providing ongoing support and high‑level communication.
- Monitor, review, and support the management of client portfolios, ensuring alignment with individual goals.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth funding processes and exceptional client outcomes.
- Liaise confidently with internal departments and external partners to deliver seamless client service.
Skills & Experience
- Proven success in acquiring, developing, and retaining wealth or investment clients.
- Strong relationship‑building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage high‑value clients.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work autonomously.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
Knowledge & Qualifications
- An existing client network is highly advantageous.
- Background in property, property finance, or property sales is beneficial.
- A discreet, consultative, and service‑driven approach to client management.
