Zenith Associates are recruiting on behalf of a leading workplace solutions provider for an ambitious and driven Business Development Consultant.

This is an entry-level opportunity. While relevant experience is beneficial, it does not need to be within a traditional business development role. If you are currently working in recruitment, property, construction or a related field and are considering a move into business development, we would welcome a conversation.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business development team, working closely with a wider 100+ person organisation. The role centres on building meaningful, long-term relationships and generating opportunities that support sustained business growth.

This is not a transactional, cold-calling role. It’s suited to someone who genuinely enjoys networking, developing relationships, and taking a strategic approach to business development.

With headquarters in Manchester and plans for continued UK expansion, location is flexible across Manchester, Liverpool, or Leeds.

What you’ll be doing:

• Identifying and developing new partnership opportunities

• Building strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders

• Maintaining and growing existing client relationships

• Supporting strategic planning and ensuring successful delivery

• Managing and updating the CRM system alongside the wider team

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a related field (e.g. sales, recruitment, property management, estate agency, quantity surveying, or project management)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset

• Someone who thrives with autonomy and takes ownership of their work
