Build and maintain professional relationships with all introductory sources.
Generate new business to meet personal targets set by the company.
Increase enquiries by establishing relationships with SME business introducers.
Handle new business enquiries with turnovers between £1,000,000 and £(phone number removed).
Prepare and submit new business files to the credit committee.
Act as an ambassador for the bank's vision to support people in life and business.

About You

The ideal Business Development Manager will have:

A solid understanding of Invoice Finance lending and its legal implications.
Proven technical knowledge of Invoice Finance and Asset-Based Lending.
Experience in reading and understanding financial information and projections.
Demonstrable experience in client and introducer relationship management.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Sound influencing and negotiation skills in a sales environment.
High level of commercial awareness.
