We are hiring a BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER UK – Full-time (based in the UK – Manchester area)


Your mission


As our BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER UK, reporting to the International Key Account Manager, you will lead our commercial development across the territory.


Key responsibilities

  • Grow the UK market
  • Addressing independent sporting clubs, you will own the development and execution of our strategy in your region, adapting global objectives to local cultural and economic realities.
  • Drive acquisition & retention
  • From first contact to product demos, you manage the full sales cycle and build long-term relationships. You analyze your KPIs and report directly to HQ Sales division.
  • Build strong partnerships
  • Working closely with Marketing, you will identify strategic partnerships to grow SPASH’s visibility and reputation across the UK.
  • Shape commercial strategy
  • Your market insights will directly influence product evolution and our overall commercial approach.



Ideal profile

  • Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, or Management.
  • Experience: 3+ years of post-graduate experience in sales or business development.
  • Sports culture: You’re passionate about sport. Ideally you play or have played a racquet sport (padel, tennis…) and/or football. Competitive practice is a real plus.
  • Languages: English, and French is a bonus, not required.
  • Other: Frequent travel required — full driving license essential.
  • Soft skills: Persistence, active listening, relationship-building, and a love of challenges.
