As a Field based Business Development Manager, you will be sourcing and visiting in-person potential new business in the Milton Keynes / Stevenage region, through a variety of business development channels. Selling Peninsulas consultancy services, helping SMEs discover an easier and safer way to manage their staff.

Skills required for this role:
Excellent Relationship building skills , having that ability to quickly build a rapport and trust with a business owner is crucial foundations for building long term engagement.
Focused work ethic and motivation , ready and willing to leave no stone unturned.
Have a structured sales approach , prep and planning each day are key to consistency.
Adaptability to learn a new industry, sector experience isnt essential as we provide a first class training programme for every new team member, so having an open mindset and willingness to learn is key.
