Business Development Manager – Cash Management Solutions

£50k basic + £100k OTE | £5,500 car allowance / company car | Remote (UK)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving new business across the retail sector
  • Leading commercial discussions and negotiating long-term partnerships
  • Presenting confidently to senior stakeholders (CFOs, CEOs, procurement)
  • Keeping ahead of industry trends and shaping go-to-market strategy
  • Collaborating internally to ensure smooth installations and customer success


What We’re Looking For

✔️ 3+ years’ B2B new business experience

✔️ Proven track record selling into retail corporates or independent businesses

✔️ Strong negotiation and closing skills

✔️ Confidence presenting at senior level with excellent PowerPoint skills

✔️ Ability to work independently while thriving in a supportive team


The Package

£50k base +£100k OTE

£5,500 car allowance / company car
