Business Development Manager – Complex Care Salary Up to £55,000 + Uncapped Comms+ Travel Allowance Hybrid Field & Office Based Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
Are you a driven sales or account management professional with experience in healthcare or complex care services?
We’re partnering with a forward-thinking care provider to find a Business Development Manager who’s ready to make a meaningful impact.
You’ll lead on identifying and securing new complex care packages, working closely with commissioners, clinical teams, and operational staff. What You’ll Be Doing: Building and managing relationships with commissioners Leading on new business acquisition and service mobilisation Working cross-functionally with clinical & ops teams Attending MDTs, family meetings, and presenting proposals Keeping your pipeline fresh and moving
What You’ll Need: Proven BD, sales or account management experience in healthcare or extensive experience in Complex Neuro as a Clinician or in Operations Background in complex care or Brain injury services will be a big plus Confidence, independence &...
