Business Development Manager Cyber Security Solutions

On behalf of a fast-growing Cyber Security Solutions provider that assists organisations protect their digital assets and stay ahead of evolving threats.

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to lead new business acquisition and build strategic relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target sectors
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate qualified leads
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (CISO, CIO, IT Directors)
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking forums

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within Cyber Security, IT Services, or SaaS
  • Strong understanding of cyber security challenges and solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with a hunter mentality and consultative sales approach
  • UK-based with the right to work in the UK
  • Has the ability to travel to Oxford for monthly office meetings
