Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role, for a Business Development Executive, mainly remote, venturing out for client visits and monthly team meetings. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying opportunities to drive business growth through lead generation, building strong relationships with potential clients, and securing new business. Day-to-day tasks will include client outreach, preparing proposals, managing existing client accounts, and collaborating with teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
What you bring
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong background in Business and Account Management
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong organisational and negotiation skills
- A people person with excellent communication and networking skills.
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, high-energy environments.
- Resilient, curious, and driven — rejection doesn’t stop you, it fuels you.
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with startups or in IT and consultancy sectors.
