Business Development Executive / Field Sales Executive B2B Contract Services | Celebrating 20 Years in Business

Location: Kent

Tonbridge, Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells, Medway, Swale, Dartford & SE postcodes Exceptional candidates from other geographical areas will be considered

Contract:

Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am5pm Tuesdays are team days at the offices located in SE18.

Salary & Earnings Basic Salary: £25,000

£30,000 (dependent on experience) Uncapped Commission + Additional Bonuses

Salary Structure: £25,000

Trainee / Rookie Sales experience from telesales, retail, or any customer-facing sales role £28,000

Experienced B2B Sales 18+ months selling services on a contractual basis with a proven track record £30,000

Industry Specialist 2+ years experience within hygiene facilities or similar contract services

On-Target Earnings (OTE): Average annual commission: £24,000 £5,400 annual car allowance £960 annual mobile & home Wi-Fi allowance Fuel expenses fully covered

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through face-to-face prospecting (door knocking) and targeted telephone activity Conduct on-site, consultative sales meetings with prospective clients Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction

What Were Looking For

Full UK driving licence, own vehicle and business insurance Experience in field sales, telesales, retail sales or customer service Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills A proactive, self-motivated and positive attitude Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team culture A mindset that sees opportunity in every door
