Job Purpose Summary Responsible for developing and maintaining customer accounts with the objective of maximising revenue in line with the Company’s long and short-term strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Build and maintain a profitable customer portfolio through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods Develop a clear understanding of customer needs and business requirements Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries using appropriate methods Source products in line with customer requirements and Company guidelines Liaise with internal teams to optimise service delivery, business growth and customer satisfaction Resolve customer and supplier issues, including financial queries where required Attend and contribute to customer meetings, representing the Company in a professional manner Identify and report on market trends and customer activity...
