Role: Focus on developing existing relationships/accounts and leveraging them for cross/solution selling of large security contracts within the Mainland UK. Develop and implement sales strategy and growth planning. Autonomous role requiring self-generation of leads, managing appointments, and leading a sales team of 3 in a player-manager style. Meet and exceed targets, converting marketing strategies into sales. Candidate: Minimum five years experience in target-based sales, selling security services. Well-organized, driven to close deals, experienced in high-pressure sales environments, preferably in FM or property management sectors. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
