Role
The key responsibilities for this role include developing existing relationships/accounts, leveraging those relationships, and pursuing cross/solution selling of large security contracts within the Mainland UK. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and growth plans. This role requires being autonomous, self-generating leads, and managing appointments. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing sales team of three in a player-manager style, meeting and exceeding targets and translating marketing strategies into sales.
Candidate
Ideal candidates will have at least five years of target-based sales experience selling security services. They should be well-organized, driven to close deals, and experienced in high-pressure sales environments, preferably selling into the FM or property management sectors. Confidence to operate at all business levels and excellent communication and presentation skills are essential. This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable organization experiencing rapid growth.
The Package
The role offers a basic salary of 60,000 - 65,000 with a realistic OTE of 90,000 via an uncapped commission structure.
