Salary: £50k per annum + Benefits and Progression

Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

Due to continued growth and expansion, a leading organisation is now hiring a Business Analyst to join its dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering impactful IT projects.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

3-5 years as a Business Analyst in secure or regulated environments
Experience with a variety of analysis techniques
Demonstratable experience in designing operational processes
Proven experience of Agile software development
Strong stakeholder management, communication and relationship management skills
Knowledge of service transition
Proficient in requirements gathering, stakeholder analysis, and documentation
Exposure to Financial systems

Desirable:
Ability to extract and interpret data using SQL queries to produce clear, actionable analysis
Experience working as an IT Business Analyst within financial environments
