Salary: £60k per annum + Benefits and Progression

Location: Bristol (Hybrid)

Due to continued growth and expansion, a leading organisation is now hiring a Business Analyst to join its dynamic and growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering impactful IT projects.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

Minimum 4 years as a Business Analyst in secure or regulated environments
BCS Business Analysis International Diploma level qualification or equivalent
Experience in business and systems analysis, ideally within a professional services environment.
Proficient in business analysis techniques including data gathering, facilitation, and requirements management.
Experienced in facilitating workshops with stakeholders, suppliers, and end users to gather and validate requirements
Diplomatic, professional, and confident in conveying technical issues to non-technical audiences; able to influence and negotiate constructively.
Demonstratable experience in designing operational processes
