With a 5+ year pipeline of projects locked in for the London area this builer is expanding their local team with a new Building Services Manager postion being established in the business off the back of Life & Science projects being awarded in central London.
The project itself is transforming an existing 100 year old building into a life & science project maintaing most of the exsisting building/facacde.
The builder has been established for 100+ years, had strong year to year profit whilst building long lasting relationships with key stakeholders across Life & Science, Commercial, Industrial, Defence, Residential, Healthcare and Retail sectors.
Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Building Services Manager who has a versitile skillset across MEP in preconstruction, design, planning and delivering running MEP package in excess of £10m+.
The successful candidate will lead a team of 1-4 MEP Site Managers overseeing all MEP contractors from precon through to delivery in colaberation with the project team.
