As our Building & Housing Manager, youll be the on-site lead at The Pinnacle- making sure the building runs smoothly, repairs are completed promptly, and residents receive clear, consistent support. This role is ideal for someone who is practical, people-focused and confident taking ownership of both building safety and customer experience. The Role Youll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of The Pinnacle, combining hands-on building care with excellent customer service. From logging repairs to carrying out small maintenance jobs and keeping communal areas clean and well-presented, youll be the buildings eyes and ears being able to identify issues early and making sure theyre dealt with effectively.
