Key Responsibilities

Complete SAP and SBEM calculations and produce EPCs for domestic and non-domestic buildings. Prepare Energy Statements for planning submissions, including London Plan and regional compliance. Conduct Overheating Assessments aligned with TM59 and TM52. Support or lead on Whole Life-Cycle Carbon Assessments and Circular Economy Statements. Undertake daylight and sunlight modelling for residential and mixed-use schemes. Assist with Decarbonisation Reports and Net Zero Strategies for large commercial estates.
