growing and well-established family office is seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join its collaborative team. Supporting a high-net-worth Principal, the office manages investments, tax, legal, estate planning, and personal affairs.
This is a key role working closely with the Family Office Accountant, taking ownership of day-to-day financial data while helping improve processes and reporting efficiency.
The Role of Bookkeeper
Maintain accurate day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records
Support the preparation of monthly financials
Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners
The Candidate for Bookkeeper
Essential
Strong bookkeeping experience with solid accounting knowledge
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using Excel, with experience in Xero (and ideally QuickBooks)
Proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
Strong communication skills and able to work independently
Available immediately or with 1 months’ notice
Desirable
Experience within a family office, accounting firm, or similar environment
Exposure to high-net-worth individuals
Fully remote, with occasional travel to London. Please note this is a salaried role so we are not interested in someone offering outsourced services
