We’re Hiring: Senior eCommerce Operations & Linnworks Specialist

We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for someone who can take control of our operations and bring structure, accuracy, and efficiency to a multi-channel environment.

We operate across:

Amazon Vendor & Seller, eBay, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Temu.

This role is ideal for someone who:

✔️ Has strong hands-on experience with Linnworks

✔️ Understands stock flow, systems, and operational challenges

✔️ Has worked with Amazon (Vendor or Seller)

✔️ Can spot problems and fix them — not just report them

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing Linnworks as our central system
• Ensuring stock accuracy across all channels
• Handling Amazon Vendor (EDI, ASN, PO flow)
• Working closely with warehouse operations
• Improving processes and reducing errors

This is a hands-on, high-impact role — not a junior position.

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 (depending on experience)

Full-time | Monday–Friday
