BMS Bureau Manager Location: London (Some travel to Colchester) Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum + 33 Days Holiday | Pension | Training & Progression | Employee Discounts & More About the Role My client is seeking a proactive, commercially minded, and experienced BMS Bureau Manager to lead the development, growth, and daily operations of their 24/7 BMS remote services and energy & carbon reporting bureau. This pivotal position combines strategic leadership with operational oversight to ensure exceptional service delivery, strong financial performance, and continuous service improvement. You will lead a dedicated bureau team, oversee all aspects of service delivery, and support the wider organisation in helping customers understand and optimise their utility usage, carbon emissions, and operating costscontributing directly to their net zero goals. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven leader who can balance commercial strategy with hands-on operational management in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
