About the Role
My client is seeking a proactive, commercially minded, and experienced BMS Bureau Manager to lead the development, growth, and daily operations of their 24/7 BMS remote services and energy & carbon reporting bureau. This pivotal position combines strategic leadership with operational oversight to ensure exceptional service delivery, strong financial performance, and continuous service improvement.
You will lead a dedicated bureau team, oversee all aspects of service delivery, and support the wider organisation in helping customers understand and optimise their utility usage, carbon emissions, and operating costs-contributing directly to their net zero goals.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven leader who can balance commercial strategy with hands-on operational management in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.
