Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant Agency Role – Temp to Perm Opportunity A specialist education setting in Leyland is looking to recruit a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant through an agency, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role for the right candidate. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support in a structured and supportive learning environment. You will work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to support pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs, helping them engage with learning and develop positive coping strategies.
