The Position – Behaviour Mentor

Qualiteach are seeking a confident, patient, and proactive Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive primary school in Lewisham. In this role, you will work closely with pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support, providing 1:1 and small group interventions to help them regulate emotions, improve behaviour, and engage positively with learning. You will implement behaviour strategies, support structured routines, and work collaboratively with teachers and the SEN team to promote positive outcomes throughout the school day. This is a full-time, long-term role ideal for someone committed to supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development.
