The Role – Behaviour Mentor

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join a primary school in Lewisham, supporting pupils with ASD and challenging behaviour. The Behaviour Mentor role involves delivering 1:1 interventions and providing classroom-based support, helping pupils regulate emotions, manage behaviour and engage positively with learning. Working closely with teachers and the SENCO, the successful Behaviour Mentor will implement behaviour strategies, de-escalate challenging situations and support pupils’ social and emotional development.
