The Role – Behaviour Mentor

We are working with a welcoming primary school in Southwark seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with challenging behaviour. The Behaviour Mentor role involves providing 1:1 and small-group support, helping children with emotional regulation, behaviour management and engagement in learning, while working closely with teaching and SEN staff. Behaviour Mentors must have a minimum of 1 year’s experience working in a primary school and a calm, consistent approach to behaviour support; Team Teach training is desirable. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated mentor looking to make a positive impact in a supportive school environment.
