The Role – Behaviour Mentor

The school is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Behaviour Mentor to join its vibrant and supportive all-through SEMH provision in Bromley. This Behaviour Mentor role involves delivering focused 1:1 support to pupils who exhibit challenging behaviours, helping them to regulate their emotions, remain positively engaged in their learning, and make meaningful progress both academically and personally.

The school is looking for a Behaviour Mentor with a minimum of one year’s experience in an educational setting, who can form trusting and constructive relationships with pupils, provide consistent and reflective behaviour support, and contribute to a calm, nurturing and well-structured environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people.
